We’re an independent insights agency based in Western Australia working hand in hand with The Catalyst Report. Key team members are:
Kevin McCreton did his first market research interview in Sydney in 1982. He’s conducted studies in 40 different industries since then. After moving to Albany and turning 60, Kevin is focusing on Ageing Matters studies in the hope he has more time to help his wife in the garden and take the occasional cricket tour.
Robert Reitze escaped the joys of the public service to become our data and analysis expert. Robert drives the software that collects survey responses and summarises feedback into graphs, charts and comments. He’s a dab hand assembling Ikea furniture and enjoys listening to history podcasts astride his ride-on mower.
Noah and Maggie like to come to the office to support their dad (Kev) when mum's away. Maggie specialises in surprising you with a wet nose to the elbow and Noah like to take up most of the floor to stretch out.
